- Review assignments and send Yumi/Artistic Team requests for change

Split into Artistic and Logistic Teams to nail down details
- Artistic: Draft setlist order; brainstorm transition ideas (alumni incl -- ex: Andres Hachijo?)
- Logistic: Budget (Venue cost, T-shirt sales, Ticket sales), Resource Library (Tomoko to find past song scores), Alumni schedule check (CFong to ask for vacation plans)

Check everyone's vacation schedules (so Artistic could build practice schedule + when alumni will come join)

First run through is always lacking in energy, sound (dynamic range and tightness for set players), and has little mistakes
Get into mindset of first run through always needs to be amazing! No reverting back to bad habits and fixing after having mistakes addressed
